Upon arrival, please unpack carefully — avoid using knives or sharp tools. Lay the rug flat on the floor and allow it some time to naturally settle and return to its intended shape. Any light creases caused by rolling will gradually disappear as the piece relaxes in your space. This is a normal part of the shipping process and does not affect the quality or structure of the work.
